What Time Is Check-In / Check-Out?
Check in time is after 4:00 PM EST and check out time is before 10:00 AM EST. We do offer early check-in or late check-out requests. All guests must be at least 23 years of age to rent any of our properties. We have a simple rental agreement that is emailed upon booking.

We manage oceanfront property from Myrtle Beach to Murrells Inlet SC

We have everything from oceanfront studios, 1BR, 2BR, 3BR and also oceanfront beach houses!

What is your cancellation policy and payment terms for booking?
We have a 14 day before arrival cancellation policy. Upon booking we will charge 50% of your stay with the remaining balance charged 30 days from arrival. If within 30 days the entire balance will be charged.
